Haddenham Horticultural Society's Annual Open Show takes place on Saturday 1st September 2012, in the Village Hall
Public Viewing is from 2.00 – 4.00 p.m., followed by presentation of trophies and raffle draw
Admission: 50p senior citizens and children; £1.00p others
The show will feature a wide range of classes for vegetables, fruit, flowers, cacti and succulents, floral art, domestic (preserves, baking and bread), beer and wine, art, crafts and photography, plus children's classes.
Raffle, tombola, plant sale, refreshments; also displays by other village organisations.
Non-members are very welcome to compete – there are classes to suit everyone, including a range of special classes for children of different age groups.
Entries close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday 29th August (entry fees per class: 10p members, 20p non-members, all children's classes free).
Staging of exhibits is from 7.00 – 9.00 p.m. on Friday and 8.00 – 9.50 a.m. on the Saturday.
