On Sunday 14th June over 160 kids from 10 different cricket clubs will be taking part in Haddenham's first ever Junior Cricket Tournament. Based on Kwik Cricket rules, the players will take part in quick, fun and competitive games with the older teams playing for medals and glory.
The tournament takes place in Haddenham Playing Fields Woodways, on Sunday 14th June. The details are shown below.

1. Match sessions as follows:
Under-7s: 0930 – 12.00
Under-9s: 10.00 – 13.00
Under-11s 13.00 – 18.00
2. Teams should arrive half an hour before their age group start time.
3. Coach/Scorer briefing will take place 15 minutes before the session start time at Results tent.
4. Team t-shirts, rules, score sheets and a programme will be handed out to each Coach/Scorer at the above briefing.
5. Team t-shirts will be provided for players to wear during matches; cricket whites are not required. If the weather is chilly, please ensure that players have a base layer or something similar to be worn under the t-shirts. White cricket trousers are recommended but not essential.
6. Games will follow Kwik Cricket rules – see PDF below image for your information.
7. All equipment will be provided by Haddenham CC. Plastic Bats and an "Incrediball" will be used.
8. Please feel free to bring a Gazebo for shelter, chairs, hats and sun cream.
9. A BBQ will be fired up all day serving burgers and hotdogs. Hot and cold drinks, cakes and snacks will also be on sale.
10. Haddenham Sports and Social Club bar will be open from 12 till 7pm.
11. Parking is available in the playing fields car park but is limited, alternative parking can be found at Haddenham Junior School Woodways (opposite the playing fields) and at the Medical Centre, Stanbridge Road. Please do NOT park on the pavement, beware of yellow lines and be considerate of local residents' driveways.
