Richborough Estates are looking to build 72 new homes on a 12 acres (4.9 Hectares) plot of land at the Northern edge of Churchway (beyond the post office, opposite Rosemary Lane).
The company is holding a public consultation in the village hall (Day Care Lounge) on Tuesday 7th March.
The period from 2.00pm to 3.00pm is reserved for local councillors. Members of the public are invited to attend from 3.00pm until 7.30pm.
We understand that no planning application has yet been submitted to AVDV
Representatives from Richborough Estates will be in attendance.
Local residents are welcome to attend and express their views.
