This website has received information from a reliable source to suggest that Sainsbury's are in the process of obtaining planning permission to convert Chiltern House (on the Thame Road – next-door to Browns) and offer a 'Sainsbury's Local'.
We believe that tenants of Chiltern House have just been given notice to quit by 31st August 2016 while Sainsbury's start to go through the planning procedure.
