I can now confirm Andy's funeral will be at 12:30pm on Friday 3rd July 2020 at Watermead Crematorium. The funeral is a private family service within the crematorium and will be played outside on the speaker system.
We have arranged flowers for the service and in keeping with Andy's hugely generous, kind, positive legacy are inviting friends, colleagues, family, loved ones to make a donation in his memory to MIND, the charity closest to his heart via this JustGiving page
Andy will be leaving Haddenham and driving via Churchway past St Mary's church at approximately 11:45am for those wishing to say goodbye.
We are also creating a memory book and would like to invite the many who loved Andy to forward a written account of your over-riding memory of time spent with him (anecdote, story, reflection) with an accompanying photo if you're able to provide a copy. Please forward these to rhearatcliffe@hotmail.com for us to start to get this together, this is hugely important to us as we know current limitations prevent us doing this in person right now.
There are plans underway for a memorial service and celebration of Andy's life in the New Forest later in July – I will update with details of this once all is confirmed.
