The U3A provides opportunities for retired people to meet for social and learning activities. It holds general topic meetings (at 14:15 on 3rd Thursday, repeated on 2nd Monday of following month) in the Youth & Community Centre, Woodways, HP17 8DS. New members are encouraged to attend the 3rd Thursday sessions. The Youth & Community Centre is situated to the immediate right (East side) of Haddenham Junior School, and there is a car park opposite. Invited guests speak on a wide variety of topics of general interest. In these meetings we try to enable an increased awareness of our locality and our world and culture with a balanced programme to meet U3A aims. We hope you will enjoy our meetings and learn something new. These sessions usually last for an hour and a half, including time to socialise with a cup of tea. Admission to meetings is free to members of Haddenham U3A. A charge of £1.50 is made for guests. For further details, contact 291932, or see the Haddenham U3A website
