Sarah & Jade will be trekking for 10 days in Nepal in April.

The 70 mile Himalayan route starts and ends in Pokara and includes the Annapurna Base Camp at 4130m. We are covering all our own costs. All donations received will go to Storehouse Food Bank.

If you do not worry about the cost of your shopping trolley or how you will pay your utility bills this month, please consider donating via the JustGiving page.

The Storehouse foodbank in Aylesbury is a lifeline, supplying hundreds of food parcels every month to those who need them most.

Aylesbury is one of the more deprived areas of Buckinghamshire. The demand on the foodbanks has seen steady growth since the pandemic. With rising housing and fuel costs, many individuals and families are struggling. Child poverty is at an all time high, with over 12,400 children in Buckinghamshire in "absolute low income families" according to gov.uk.

Recent reports are suggesting that 20-30% of working parents are skipping their own meals to feed their children

As well as the Food bank, Storehouse provides household goods, baby and child clothing and equipment to those in need, all free of charge. Storehouse also offers a weekly advice hub, a cross agency collaboration to support clients with their wider needs, in areas such as job seeking, benefits advice, housing advice and the like. Storehouse is the compassion arm of Aylesbury Vineyard.

This is registered under company number 03424117 and charity number 1064215.
