We are currently seeking to fill both full and part time Barista roles at our exciting new café based at Bradmoor Farm in Haddenham.

Our parent company – "For The Good Of The People" has been operating fast paced mobile speciality coffee stalls at very high-volume locations in London since 2015 and are now opening our first permanent site – Stanbridge Coffee.

Stanbridge Coffee will focus on the art of delivering speciality coffee, surpassing the offering from the vast majority of other local coffee houses and we need those who love their coffee and how it is made to come and hone their skills by joining our team.

Our café will be offering a wide variety of coffees along with exceptional food, ambiance and customer service.

Successful applicants will be hired based on what they contribute to the team, fundamentally working well as a team player and being able to demonstrate values that show a natural pride in your work, strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.

Being a customer focused business, it is essential to have the ability to show empathy and patience towards our customers.

A reasonable amount of Barista experience will be essential, with some knowledge of dialling in and latte art, as the successful candidates will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Your initial duties will chiefly involve welcoming guests, making amazing coffee and drinks, plating some of the café snacks, operating the till, taking orders and ensuring that the shop remains an unrivalled place to visit.

We expect our café to grow substantially over the coming months and foresee opportunities within the business for the right candidates.

We'll offer training where necessary at the start as well as ongoing to assist in personal development. We pride ourselves in nurturing a positive working environment and want our staff to enjoy working together.

The position comes with an extremely competitive remuneration package including above minimum wage hourly rate (real living wage as a minimum), 28 days holiday – pro rata for part time staff, generous discounts on retail coffee, unlimited coffee at work and staff meals.

The position is available from the end of this month (October 2023) so we are looking to fill the role fairly quickly.

If you think you can bring all this then we would love to hear from you.
