On Wednesday 4th May 2022, The Sixty Plus Club held its first meeting for more than two years.
We now meet in The Methodist Church in the High Street, from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm.
Chatting, catching up & seeing good friends again, followed by a lovely tea might sound simple – but it made for a very happy afternoon.
Thank you to the Tea Team, and many thanks to everyone, Members of the Club and the Committee for contributing to the happiness.
Our next three meetings are going to be on:
Wednesday 1st June – with a Jubilee theme & tea
Wednesday 6th July
3rd August
Plans for the latter two afternoons as yet undecided.
We hope to return to twice monthly meetings, 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from September.
