Tanya School of Dance provides ZUMBA® Fitness, for both boys and girls, which culminate in two Shows held each year. Our aim is to accept children of all ages and levels, including those with Special Needs, and to help them develop in confidence and ability. Tuesday's Zumba sessions are taught by Nathan and Kerry and take place in Haddenham St. Mary's School from 7.30pm – 8.30pm. Our classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you're getting fit and energy levels are soaring! There's no other fitness class like a ZUMBA® fitness party: at each session you could be finding yourself burning anywhere between 500 -1000 calores! It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating, at a pace that suits you, and most of all, it's fun! Lessons are £5 p/w with loyalty card schemes available.
