Haddenham Youth Football Club (HYFC) is kicking off a new initiative in 2024 to develop a community of referees to help support the local grassroots game for local children.
The club is keen to sponsor potential referees through their FA qualification in return for a limited number of free match fees.
Refereeing can be a hugely rewarding way of being involved in the game for those ages 15 or older. It's a great way to keep fit and, with match fees in the region of £25-£35 per match, refereeing can offer a useful source of additional income.
All enquiries are welcome, whether from a teenager looking for another way of engaging with football and earn some pocket money, or absolutely anyone who loves the game and is looking for a new challenge in a supportive environment, as part of the HYFC community.
