Bucks Adults Learning have organised a beginners' pilates course: "Pilates for Health" (Course Code R5SF21AHO). The sessions will take place on Friday mornings (10:45-11:45am) at the Youth & Community Centre and the course starts on 26th February.
The cost is £21 (plus an annual enrolment fee of £10).
Pilates is designed to exercise all the muscle groups in the body, emphasising the use of deep abdominal muscles.
So why not come along and strengthen your core, transverse abdominal muscle, pelvic floor and back muscles.
