UPDATE:At Haddenham Park Care Home and Apartments, we are committed to building meaningful connections with our local community while remaining in line with our values, especially our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
In collaboration with our local Rotary Club, we had planned a community car treasure hunt as a fun and charitable way to bring people together and raise funds for important causes. However, we have been listening closely to the concerns raised by many of you regarding the environmental impact of this event. We hear you, and we truly appreciate your voices.
After careful reflection, we have decided to change the format of the event to a community egg hunt on foot. This will be an inclusive, accessible, eco-friendly celebration that keeps the fun and community spirit alive while aligning more closely with our sustainability pledge.
Our goal has always been to create joyful moments that do good for both people and the planet. We remain dedicated to supporting the Rotary Club's charitable work and hope this new version of the event brings even more of us together in a way that reflects the shared values of our wonderful community.
