Haddenham Medical Centre will be hosting an Information Evening for Carers on: 'Power of Attorney'.
On Wednesday 23rd May from 6.30pm until 8.00pm.
The speaker is Jaqueline Almond from IBB Solicitors
A lasting power of attorney (LPA) is a legal document that allows a person to appoint attorneys to act on their behalf if they lose capacity to do so. This session explains the different types of LPoA, why it is important to take one out and how to do so.
