Volunteers Urgently needed for the Haddenham and District Age Concern Befriending Scheme
Yes! In our village there are a number of elderly residents suffering from isolation and loneliness. Can you spare one or two hours a week to befriend one of these people? A cup of tea and a chat once a week and, if convenient, an occasional trip to the garden centre or similar for a coffee would make such a difference to their lives.
