Members of local C of E churches comprising the Wychert Vale Benefice (Haddenham, Stone, Dinton, Cuddington, Kingsey and Aston Sandford) gathered at St Mary’s Centre on Sunday afternoon, 15th February, to say thank you and au revoir to Cassa Messervy as she steps down from her role as Rector to take up a new position as Archdeacon of Buckingham.
Although no longer the Vicar of St Mary’s here in Haddenham, church members and many local residents are delighted to know that Cassa will continue to live in the village.
