I'm Leigh, a Haddenham resident of over 15 years and very proud founder of FC Sporting Aid, a club in support of charities and local Initiatives.

On 1st April 2023 we will be playing our first ever game — at Oxford City stadium against The Thames Valley Air Ambulance and we are extremely honoured to be supporting Crisis and The Terrence Higgins Trust, both on the day and going forward.

There is free entrance from 16:30 with kick-off at 17:30, and everyone is welcome.

To have Haddenham residents and faces that we know in attendance would be fantastic. The club squad is predominantly made up of people from Haddenham and adjoining villages and towns, so please come and cheer on the boys.

It is the dream of the club to emulate the Thames Valley Air Ambulance side who are steeped in fundraising history and into the 6th year. It is our plan to become FA and Charity registered in the very near future and we plan to have a minimum of 5-10 matches yearly and we are already planning game number two.

If anyone is interested in becoming involved in the club in anyway then please get in touch. whether any of you (women or man) would like to be involved in future squads, anyone who can volunteer any time or any local business's that would like to discuss working together then amazing and please contact us.

You can also support us via social media platforms. our Instagram is @fc_sporting_aid_ and our twitter page is @fc_sportingaid.

We also have JustGiving pages set up by the charities and the respective QR Codes are featued on this page. If anyone can spare a couple of quid for these amazing causes, then thank you so much in advance.....

For information regarding the day or for any companies looking to promote their business on the day or in the programme for a small donation, get in touch with: leighFCSA@outlook.com

Thanks for reading this and we really hope to see you in Oxford in April.
