Haddenham Parish Council has made a formal announcement to notify residents of a planning application relating to the glebe land bounded by Stanbridge Road and Aston Road.
Land At Haddenham Glebe, Stanbridge Road, Haddenham
Outline planning application with new vehicular access from Stanbridge Road and Aston Road to be considered and all other matters reserved for the construction of up to 350 dwellings, including 45 retirement dwellings, with associated garages, parking, estate roads, footways, pedestrian linkages, public open space, burial ground, community sports facility, strategic landscaping, drainage and other associated works.
Viewing the Plans
The plans can be accessed online. This is achieved by searching on the planning application number 14/02666/AOP after clicking here and accepting the licence agreement. This can also be done in person during office hours at the District Council Offices and at a public library terminal. Staff at Haddenham Community Library will assist those who are not confident in using a computer.
Those intending to view the planning application online might wish to be selective in their approach, as the file contains 50 documents! However, the content of each document is well labelled, so navigation is relatively logical and straightforward.
The Parish Council has a hard copy of the plans which will be available for viewing on Saturday 11th October 2014 from 10.00 to 12.00 in the Walter Rose Room. Members of the Planning Committee will be available to receive your comments.
Comments can be made to AVDC in the following ways by 14th October 2014:
- online to: http://www.aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk/planningapplications and registering your details
- emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
- in writing to: Planning, AVDC, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8FF
A document summarising the factors that will be taken into account in assessing planning applications can be viewed by clicking on the PDF below the image — see 'Planning Aid'.
The Parish Council will pass on any comments it receives to AVDC and will note all comments
received in advance of the Planning Committee Meeting.
