Friday's quiz at the Village Hall was another success for Haddenham and District Age Concern's (HADAC's) group, thanks to great support from 120+ quizzers.
The quiz questions were well set to test and amuse everyone. Our winners beat the runners up by a nail-biting half a point!
There were fish and chips suppers provided and a raffle, too, so over £700 was raised to help the charity's funds.
Our thanks to all who helped and supported the event.
If you would like to take part next year, do mark your diary at Friday 3rd October 2014 and look for the announcements in our Newsletter, the local media and, of course, here on Haddenham.net. We look forward to seeing you there.
