Buckinghamshire Council (Aylesbury Vale) recently rejected a planning application for conversion of the House of Spice to include the demolition, extension, alteration and conversion to create five dwellings together with parking and amenity space.

The decision has now bee taken to appeal, via the Secretary of State.

The formal notification is attached — see PDF.

As stated, residents wishing to comment must do so before Wednesday 24th March, 2021.
