Have you ever used the Musculoskeletal Services in Buckinghamshire?

NHS Aylesbury Vale Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS Chiltern Clinical Commissioning Group are currently reviewing Musculoskeletal services across Buckinghamshire and are keen to hear your views.

There are two events that local people can attend, and there's also an online survey here

Public Events:

Chiltern:
Thursday 16th October 2014
2.30pm — 4.30pm 5pm — 7pm
Venue: The Hub, Easton Street, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1NJ

Aylesbury Vale:
Tuesday 21st October, 10am — 12noon
Venue: Sivatech Centre, Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8DJ
