In February, we reported that Richborough Estates were looking to build 72 new homes on a 12 acres (4.9Hectares) plot of land at the Northern edge of Churchway (beyond the post office, opposite Rosemary Lane).
This despite the fact that the land was assessed as 'unsuitable for development' in the draft VALP.
A formal planning application has now been submitted to AVDC — see here
This application will be discussed at the Haddenham Parish Council Planning Committee on 15th May.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
