Traffic Congestion 01

The following details have been released to outline the Traffic Management Plans in respect of road works on Pegasus Way.

The originally notified duration has been extended — this is due to the time constraints that have been applied to these works (e.g 09.00 -16.00) to avoid peak hours.

TM Plan 1 and 2
23rd July Until 27th July — 1 Week

Will require 2-way light traffic signals on the road to carry out the storm outfall works

Road Narrowing Plan Phase 1
30th July Until 24th August — 4 weeks

Will require road narrowing TM as per Road Narrowing TM phase 1 to carry out the western access bell mouth works which include swale works i.e. installation of new culvert pipe and sand bag headwalls.

Due to having restricted room with road narrowing TM the projct manager doesn't believe contractors will be able to carry out the road widening works with road narrowing TM and will require lane closures with 2-way lights on the road to carry out these works.

Road Narrowing Plan Phase 2
28th August Until 31st August — 1 week

Will require road narrowing TM to carry out bell mouth remedial works to existing site access

TM Plan Phase 1 and 2
