The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal takes place this year from Saturday 28th October – Sunday 12th November.
There will be collections in Haddenham and Aston Sandford as follows
· Shops and businesses
· 3 Schools
· Church of England, Baptist, Roman Catholic and Methodist churches
· Rising Sun public house
· Kings Head public house
Please note: there will be NO street or house to house collections this year.
Poppies and crosses are also available at 98 Churchway.
Remembrance
The Remembrance Service will be held at St Mary's Church, Haddenham at 10.00am on Sunday 12th November. This will be followed by laying of wreaths at War Memorial and two minute silence at 11.00am.
