Your website editor is in receipt of an anonymous report in connection with the former Red Lion pub, which was hand delivered to his home in the last few days.

The information contained in the said report is undoubtedly of potential interest to Haddenham residents.

However, without the means to make contact with the author to verify the factual details, there is a significant risk that its publication would contravene laws of libel (defamation).

As the publisher of Haddenham.net, your editor is keen to avoid facing legal action!

He therefore asks the author to make direct contact, so that further details can be sought and the information verified.

Many thanks.
