The Medical Centre has been having some minor problems following the upgrade of their computer system in August. Some repeat prescription data have been altered. Here's what they have to say:
Since our computer upgrade you may have noticed that some items of medication are missing from your repeat prescription. Unfortunately, these items were de-authorised as a result of the upgrade process. They now require re-authorisation from a doctor.
Please could you write your request for any missing medication in the "Enter an optional message for the practice" box. You will be contacted if there should be a query.
