HADDENHAM WINTERFEST 2025 – Saturday 13th December

The day has nearly arrived and we can’t wait to welcome you to the event.
There is a lot going on and you can check this out either on Facebook or via our website http://www.winterfest.org.uk but, and there is always a but, we do need to share some safety and other do’s and don’ts with you just so you know in advance and can come properly prepared.

Once again we are at Banks Park, near Haddenham Village Hall HP17 8EE

We open at 11 am and close at 6pm although last entry is 5pm

As normal, all adults will receive a glass and a festival wristband on arrival which must be shown in order to be served alcohol.

Pre-purchased vouchers can be collected at the entrance. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, remember to bring some proof of age.

Getting there:
We strongly advise you to use public transport or walk as there is NO onsite parking.

For everyone’s safety and security, we will have are usual team of friendly professional security staff on site as well as first aiders.

Foor & Drinks:

* We have a great range of ales, ciders, gins, rums and mulled wine & cider ready for you as well as a wide selection of non alcoholic
options.

This year our bars will be taking payment by credit/debit card as well as pre purchased drinks vouchers.

* Pre -paid vouchers are worth £1 each;
* Ales and most Ciders are priced at £5 or 5 vouchers per pint; £2.50 / 2 ½ vouchers per ½ pint;
* Craft Beers and Lagers are 6 vouchers.
* Drinks vouchers can be purchased online with a 10% discount until 11pm of Friday 12th December. Get them at https://buytickets.at/haddenhambeerfestivaltrust/1856385
We have a great range of food vendors lined up and they will accept cash & cards but NOT vouchers.
* Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
* No alcohol can be brought onto or taken off the site

The weather forecast is looking okay; the Met Office currently predicts sunny intervals with 10% chance of rain and a high of 11degreesC ; but who's knows, so wrap up well and we advise stout footwear as the ground is rather damp.

In any case, our large marquees will keep you dry and out of the wind but as always come prepared and most important of all come ready to have a great day out while helping us raise more money for local good causes
