The group of local residents working hard to purchase and restore the Rose & Thistle as a pub are continuing to raise funds for the project.
The latest step along the way was a Quiz Night held at the village hall on Friday 14th November, which proved to be a great success.
The final figures have still to be confirmed but organisers estimate that around £1,500 was raised.
A great achievement – well done to the organisers and thanks to everyone who participated.
