recycling bins 03

Following the introduction of household recycling collections to Aylesbury Vale residents, AVDC has announced that it will be removing the recycling banks across the district, including those in Haddenham. The council believes that the collection banks are now surplus to requirements.

It is likely that the collection bins will be removed from Banks Park in the next few weeks, and the area cleaned as necessary.

AVDC advise that residents will be able to continue to dispose of excess waste via any of the Household Recycling Sites within the district, such as those at Bledlow Ridge and Aylesbury.

More information and AVDC's justification for this can be viewed here
