Villagers gathered on a damp and murky morning on Sunday 10th November to honour the fallen.
The uniformed organisations assembled by the Village Hall and then processed along Churchway to Church End.
The Remembrance Service in St mary's church commenced at 10:15am and was led by Rev Hee-Gon Moon, from the Methodist church, with readings offered by members of the uniformed organisations and prayers led by the Royal British Legion, our uniformed organisations and members of the local community.
A wreath-laying ceremony followed at the War Memorial which, as always, incorporated the last post and a two minutes silence.
