Seniors using exercise bands

Following the recent Community Fair hosted by the Village Society, which included a demonstration of the use of resistance bands by FitLife owner, Steve Gregory, the Society has a small number of these bands available for purchase.

These extremely simple devices provide a wide range of exercise options for people of all ages and fitness levels, as their use can be specifically tailored to suit the needs of the user.

They are especially helpful for regaining muscle strength and mobility after knee, hip and shoulder surgery, for example.

Or simply for building muscle tone and strength at any stage of life.

The bands are available at cost price, on a first come first served basis, for just £6 each
