With an ever-growing wealth of knowledge across many species, you can rest assured that you will always receive the correct information regarding husbandry and set-ups from our staff.
Animals will only be sold once both the customer and our staff are 100% happy that the animals needs can be met and excelled upon moving forward. This is to ensure that no animal ends up in the wrong hands. We would rather forfeit a sale than see an animal suffer.
We can also supply species specific starter set ups, tailored personally for your requirements as well as the animal in which you are purchasing – customers will always get a better deal when buying the animal and full set-up from us.

Congratulations with the news of the new arrival. How exciting! I am a newborn and family photographer and love capturing the journey from bump to baby... and beyond. I completed extensive baby safety training, so rest assured and know that baby will be in very safe hands.

We urgently need new volunteers to join the team both long-term or as Summer Temps as many of our volunteers have childcare commitments or holidays planned in August – can you help by committing to help in our shops for just three hours a week?
