Weight loss groups in Haddenham are achieving remarkable results.
On Thursday 5th June, the recently established Slimming World group led by Francesa Flaxton celebrated a major milestone: a collective weight loss of 50 stone since the group started just a few months ago!
Haddenham Slimming World meets at at Haddenham St Mary's School on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm. For more details, please contact Francesca. Tel: 07554 141810 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Meanwhile, David Lindsey who runs the Tyrefighters group at Haddenham Medical Centre, tells us that those attending his sessions have made excellent progress with one member losing two stones and another just under one stone, all done painlessly!
Membership is free and Tyrefighters meets at 9.00 am sharp on the Saturday mornings on which the Health Centre is open anyway. This means that the next meetings will be on the 14th and 28th June, and 12th and 19th July. The Tyrefighters group meets in the room at the far end of the waiting area in the Health Centre.
David can be emailed at: email@example.com.
