You may be aware that Stanbridge Coffee has opened at Bradmoor farm as an independently owned and run café to the farm shop & sports bar. But were also you aware that their fantastic coffee is roasted by their sister company Mode?
Two small businesses open on our doorstep, owned by a villager and employing many local people.
Mode is a small-batch, speciality coffee roaster currently sourcing beans from South America, the range & diversity will grow as we do. The guys behind the roasting of the beans are purist coffee geeks, which is why you will find strong coffee but with delicate flavours across our range of coffee, nothing gimmicky here!
Mode Coffee Roasters has now launched the online shop via their website www.modecoffee.co.uk so that people can order coffee to their door (including free local delivery within 5 miles), from far and wide. To celebrate the launch of the website there is 15% off all orders before the end of February, so take advantage and stock up!
Blooming Fruity already have their own exclusive special blend created for them and we are now looking for more wholesale customers so if you know anyone who is interested in serving/selling our beans please get in touch.
We plan to open up the roastery to the public in due course but in the meantime, we are running a coffee cupping event on the 23rd March for anyone who loves their coffee and wants to find out more about how it is roasted, why we do it the way we do and the flavour profiles of what we have on offer.
