This website recently carried a plea from Thames Valley Police, seeking help to identify a male who potentially had information relating to a crime in which a taxi driver was assaulted in Haddenham.
On Sunday afternoon, 31st May, the police issued the following statement:
We have had a number of calls from members of the public identifying the individual in the CCTV appeal — we can confirm that the individual has since been seen and spoken to by police about the incident.
The public have been very helpful in responding to the appeal and helping police to identify the person in question, and we are grateful for their assistance
No further calls are required, thank you.
