Booster vaccine doses are now available on the NHS at JMW Vicary pharmacy for people most at risk from Covid-19.
The pharmacy will be offering Covid booster jabs on Friday 12th November from 9.30am to 4.30pm and at the same times on Monday 15th November.
If you choose to take up this opportunity don't forget to take a record of your NHS number with you.
You are eligible if you have had a second dose of a vaccine at least 182 days ago and you are either 50-or-over, or 16-and-over with a health condition that puts you at high risk from the coronavirus.
If you have a condition that means you're at higher risk, you'll be sent a letter reminding you to have your booster dose. You can take this letter, or a letter from your GP or consultant about your health condition, to a walk-in vaccination site from 182 days after the day you have your second dose.
Frontline health and social care workers aged 16-and-over can also get a booster dose from a walk-in site.
You should take proof of your employment such as workplace photo ID, a letter or a payslip from your employer within the last three months.
