Picnic Venue Changed

Whilst all this rain we've been having is just what's needed for our orchard trees, it's not conducive to outdoor picnics, and the orchard committee has had to make the very hard decision to move this Sundays celebration event indoors due to the poor weather forecast. 

We will now be holding it at the Haddenham Airfield Pavilion, (opposite the Co-Op), between the same times, 2-5pm. Directions and information about the pavilion can be found here:

There will be live music, children's craft activities and games, photo-memories of the orchard, tea/coffee, together with cake and locally pressed apple and pear juice for sale. So please do come and join in the fun – it is our "10th birthday party" and we'd love to see you there.

A few important things to note: 

Parking: 
it's free for two hours at the pavilion car park, and it's still free if you want to stay for longer but you must register your car number plate at the tablet on the wall inside the pavilion entrance hall.

Food: 
we'll have some delicious cakes for you to sample but if want anything in addition to that please bring your own food. We'll arrange some tables and chairs so no need to bring picnic chairs/mats.

Alcohol: 
you can bring your own alcohol. Under the T&C's of the building hire we cannot sell or serve you alcohol.

Donations: 
we are always incredibly grateful for your support. Unfortunately we haven't got an online facility to accept donations so CASH-ONLY please. The money raised will be split between orchard funds and Wateraid charity.
