'Making Changes' – Counselling in Bucks and Oxon. Registered members of BACP. We offer friendly, professional and ethical support to help you through difficult times, in a confidential space, a few minutes walk from Haddenham and Thame Parkway Rail Station. After contacting us, we will arrange an initial 30 minute session, free of charge. Following that, sessions last 50 minutes, usually on a weekly basis at a mutually agreed time. Sessions are £35 and concessions are available.

Janey Enticott has been running Jazzercise classes in Haddenham since 2009. They are dance based group fitness classes, set to current chart music. Every class includes elements of dance, yoga, Pilates and strength training. They are suitable for a wide range of fitness and abilities, as modifications are shown throughout. We also have a gentler option, Lo, which uses chairs and is aimed at those looking for a less strenuous workout.
