Local commercial radio, Mix96, reported that a boy was hit by a car just before 8.00am and the victim — believed to be around 13 years of age — was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital.
Thankfully, the police have indicated that his injuries aren't serious.
If friends or relatives would like to update us, we would like to hear further re-assurance please.
