The governors of Haddenham Community Infant School would be very grateful for your views on childcare, in order to review the provision offered by WASPS.
Views from all parents of young children would be very helpful, whether you have used WASPS or not, and even if you only very occasionally use childcare.
The governors have designed a short online survey, which should take less than two minutes to complete. Please follow this link.
If you would like a paper copy of the survey, then please contact the Infant school office. Many thanks for your time.
