Do you look after someone who through illness, disability or frailty cannot manage without you? If so you are a carer.

The Haddenham Medical Centre will be hosting a Carers' Information Event on Thursday 10th October, from 5.30 — 7pm., in the Surgery.

The event is being organised in conjunction with Carers Bucks, and will inform you of the support and services available to you as a carer. We will also help you to register as a carer and provide details of how to apply for a £500 Carer's Flexible Break.

There is no need to book for this event just drop in!
