Let's Talk Health Bucks offer us this timely reminder:
With the approaching Christmas celebrations and extended holiday period, please spare a thought for any elderly, vulnerable or isolated friends, neighbours and relatives you may have.
While Christmas is a merry time for many, it can be lonely and anxious for some.
If you know anyone in that situation, please check in on them over coming days and weeks — being a good neighbour can make an enormous difference to the lives of people who may feel lonely at this time of year.
