During lockdown, we took the opportunity to improve what we offer, the biggest of which was to build a new spin studio.
Our business is about pushing clients' boundaries, and our own, both physically and mentally. So when it came to building a new studio, we didn't want to settle for just an extension of what we do, but to set ourselves a challenge to build the best studio outside London.
We have invested in every element of the studio. The Stages SC3 bikes are the 'Ferrari' of spin bikes, offering the smoothest ride and the most accurate data on the market. The lighting and music system is fully functional – the lights change colour to the intensity of the ride, the screens display the rider data and the session profile to allow our riders to fully immerse themselves in the session. We truly believe that we can offer one of the best indoor cycling experiences around.
We have 19 bikes in the new studio but due to distancing regulations and safety measures we have capped the capacity to 10 people, meaning every other bike is free, providing a safe space between riders. We take client temperatures on the way into class and ensure that all riders use the hand sanitiser provided. The same goes for our gym too. Riders then wipe down their own bikes and a 30 minute clean of the studio is carried out immediately after class.

A one-off session can be purchased or you can buy class/gym passes in bulk to make it cheaper per visit.
We are currently open to take on new members with subscription options. We also currently have a 7-day offer to experience our full member package, which gives people the opportunity to really understand what being a member at Fitlife is like before committing longer term.
We are so proud to offer our gym and class studios again. The feedback we have received from our members is that they feel very safe when inside Fitlife – and that is something we pride ourselves on.
