The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) in Bucks is inviting patients based in the county to give their views on how GP practices communicate with them.
If you are a patient registered with a GP practice in Buckinghamshire or Oxfordshire, you are invited to take part in a short survey about how your practice communicates with you.
Across these areas, GP practices use various tools to enable their patients to contact them. These may include online consultations, video consultations and text messaging.
The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System (BOB ICS) would like your feedback on these tools and how they help to manage your health.
The survey should only take about five minutes to complete and is open until Sunday 21st November.
