These days there seem to be so many groups and gyms offering fitness classes which promise so much but seem to expect us to be fit and lycra -clad before we join them.

In contrast, the classes that KaSo Studios have developed over a number of years are specifically designed for those of us who would normally be put off joining a club or a class. They are easily accessible at the Junior School and in the Y&CC here in Haddenham, and KaSo deliberately limits the number of people attending their classes to make sure that everyone gets the individual attention they deserve.

KaSo have a range of Dance & Fitness classes for all abilities and ages which are easy to join and lots of fun. Even if you come along on your own they will soon help you feel a part of the team and if you can't attend every class it doesn't matter, you can simply 'pay as you go'.

Amongst the classes which KaSo offer, be brave and have a go at:

  • Total BodyTone – A great exercise programme for those wanting to get in shape or STAY in shape
  • Total BodyTone Light – Carefully designed for clients of 50 to 65 years.
  • Total BodyTone Gold – Ideal for 65 years + & for those with physical limitations

The Total BodyTone programmes make sure that you get the very best workout, exercising all areas of the body without getting bored with the same old routines every week. You are not put through an hour of misery and clock watching – instead the classes are full of variety yet safe and effective. KaSo re-designs the classes every 6-8 weeks so there is a fresh feel all of the time.

For those of you who would like to exercise whilst doing something new, how about trying your hand (or should I say toes) at Ballet? This graceful form of dance is a formidable
way to tone your body, the legs & core particularly. KaSo Tap classes for Beginners and Improvers are super for those wanting to get their feet tapping for the very first time or to brush up their technique (all classes now available in Haddenham, Stone, Longwick and/or Thame).

When you come to a KaSo class you become part of a community, you will make new friends, have lots of fun whilst learning new skills & perhaps get involved in something which you never thought you would do. In the last year members of the KaSo team have been a part of Relay for Life, Flashmobs, Christmas Parades, Latin Nights & many other charitable activities.
