Bucks Adult Learning is offering 'Fun Fitness for over Fifties' (formerly 'Exercise-Gentle 60 Plus') which begins on Thursday 21st September and continues until Thursday 7th December.
The sessions are 10.00-11.00am and are held at Bernard Hall in Cuddington.
The course is carefully structured to the ability of the group, is suitable for older people and is "fun" in the sense it is thoroughly enjoyable but not over-energetic!
