Haddenham Horticultural Society is holding its AGM on Wednesday 29th November.
Although the event is for members only, if you would like to join the Society or renew lapsed membership you will be able to do so upon arrival (please arrive a little early if you wish to do this). The membership fee remains at £4 per family membership for a year.
The evening provides an excellent opportunity to raise any questions or comments that you may have, either during the AGM itself or more informally afterwards, and to meet other members as well as the Committee in a relaxed atmosphere. The formal proceedings are normally short and are followed by wine (or soft drinks) and a fairly substantial selection of "nibbles".
The meeting will be held in the Walter Rose Room, starting promptly at 8.00pm and the Society is always delighted to welcome some new faces alongside its regular supporters. There will also be a small raffle and donations of raffle prizes will be much appreciated, either on arrival at the meeting or in advance to Gay Jordan at 13 Gibson Lane.
For further details about the Society or the AGM please contact Gay on 01844 291490 or email gay.jordan@outlook.com.
