Mindfulness meditation is a simple technique that can help you deal with stress and difficulties in life and bring about a sense of greater contentment.

The Haddenham Mindfulness Group meets every week on Wednesday evenings, 8.30pm onwards, and sometimes during daytime hours.

There's no fee and no commitment required.
