Wanting to burn off a few of those Christmas calories?
If you are interested in practical outdoor work and helping to maintain the community orchard, why not come along to our Volunteer Taster Session this Saturday, 7th January.
The orchard committee is looking to recruit a team of regular volunteers to look after the orchard grounds and the trees. This first session will involve some tasks such as hedge trimming, lopping branches, and weeding.
Please bring your own secateurs and loppers. Tea and biscuits will be provided!
Meet at the orchard field next to Townsend Green at 10am.
