My name is Rachel and I qualified as a Physiotherapist more than 10 years ago specialising in movement analysis. I am also a fully qualified Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) Pilates Instructor.
I recently moved to Haddenham to be closer to family, I grew up around this area. I am setting up Pilates classes in the local area. The first class will start after half-term, November 3rd at 18:45-19:45 in the Scouts Centre, Haddenham for six weeks (the Scouts Centre is unavailable 8th December so the class will finish 15th December).
I would recommend attending all six classes to progress your Pilates practice but do let me know if you would like to try a taster session.
I prefer to complete a private half hour pre-assessment session to understand your needs and teach you the basic Pilates principals. I am offering a free 1:1 pre assessment screen to all those that attend the whole course (usually £30). Six sessions for £66 including the pre-assessment!
My knowledge and skills as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor means I can help you safely modify and progress your exercises to achieve your health, rehabilitation and fitness goals
You can be confident that these classes will be conducted to a high professional standard, and I look forward to working with you
